How to reply to your ticket 

  1. Please log in to your account with the username and password

  2. If you have forgotten your password, proceed to password forget

  3. When you have logged in click on "Ticket ID" example test, please see below screenshots for more details 

  4. Click add reply highlighted in GREEN, please see below screenshots for more details.
